Services
- Lease - This allows you to use beat/s for one commercial release. The rights still remain in the ownership of Beatfanatik..
- Exclusives - You own the rights the beats(s). The rights can only be sold to one party and never transferred. Once beat(s) is purchased it will be removed from the site. And project files will be sent to the purchaser of the beat(s).
- Custom - A beat(s) that is made upon request by the party. A down payment of 40% must be put down upfront, and the remaining balance will be paid to Beatfanatik once the beat is complete.
